Community Sessions is a 6-week long therapeutic group founded in 2019, designed to promote collective care. Through community response-ability and support, we aim to address patterns of comparison and competition while nurturing a sense of belonging. Dance is woven into this group to support us in expanding our abilities to perceive, receive, give, and relate.
Each time this group is offered, it shape-shifts to meet the social moment and the needs of the individual and the collective.
